The last time I saw this family, their sweet little girl quietly cuddled in to her mama the whole time. It doesn’t feel like that long ago, but this year she was the most active, energetic, and talkative kiddo! It’s such an honor to see families year after year and I just love seeing how their kids’ personalities change. This year, she wasn’t any old regular human kid…she was a KANGAROO! We jumped and hopped all over the park at their session–this age is SO much fun!
I’m also so thrilled that Alaina borrowed a dress from the Client Closet–I just launched it last month and it’s been so fun to put together! Anyone who’s booked with me is welcome to borrow a dress or two for their session so that they don’t have to deal with shopping for something on their own. Isn’t that cool?
All of the dresses are hand-selected to photograph especially well with my light, airy style of photography. They come in a range of softer colors (all the ones you’ll find in the Wardrobe Guide!), in soft, flowy fabrics with subtle detailing like lace and embroidery.
I’m especially excited about this for my families with smaller children because I’ve tried shopping for clothes for myself with small children in tow and it is NOT FUN! Seriously, if anyone has the secret to making that less painful I’m all ears, but until then, I’m aiming to make it super easy for clients to have something fabulous to wear for their session without having to go through all that stress!
