Danielle and John had the sweetest wedding overlooking the water in Lake Oswego this past August. When we first met, I knew I wanted to photograph their wedding the minute John told me how they’d decided on their venue: The Foundry used to be a restaurant that he and his father went to all the time and had lots of good memories at. I loved that they chose someplace so special to them for their wedding day!
Their wedding was full of thoughtful, handmade, classic touches: from the personalized bridesmaid hangers, to the bouquets, Danielle and John put thought into every little detail of this waterfront yellow + grey wedding. It was a beautiful day!
That? Oh, that’s just a BOATLOAD of people yelling “Congratulations” to Danielle and John during their portrait time. #awesome.
…aaaaand then we proceeded to party at the most adorable reception ever. That’s a CANDY BAR, people. A CANDY BAR!! Danielle and John are clearly my kind of people.
The mama son dance gets me, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
We even got to sneak out of the reception for a few minutes as the sun set to grab a few photos underneath a summer moon! LOVED it! Aren’t they the sweetest?? Congratulations again, Danielle and John!
