This sweet momma has probably had her baby by now, but I wanted to pop onto the blog to share this maternity + family session I did last month at Cooper Mountain Nature Park in Aloha! When we were planning their session, Laetitia wanted to make sure we had a low key, candid, FUN session for her family, and we did just that! We kept her toddler busy playing with bubbles (PS: this little girl is one expert-level bubble blower!), playing airplane, cuddling her favorite stuffed animal, and doing plenty of exploring! I hope this family is enjoying being a family of FOUR by now!
I'm so excited for these two!!! They'll be meeting their new little one soon, and we met up at the Jenkins Estate in Aloha to document these last few months before they become a family of three!
I loved planning this wintery maternity session with my friend Halsey over the holidays! Since I met her, we've had so many photo session adventures (here and here, for example!), usually with our toddlers in tow. This session though, we left the kiddos with sitters and headed out to McCormick Park in St. Helens for a session full of magical winter light along the river!
Isn't she beautiful?? I can't wait to meet her baby girl this spring!
This maternity session makes me so, so happy. Mallory is the younger sister of one of my oldest friends, and after a summer of bridesmaids shenanigans together for her sister's wedding, this fall I got to shoot Mallory's maternity session!! Seeing her and her husband so in love and getting ready for this new chapter of their lives was so exciting. We braved the Gorge on a rainy fall day to travel out to Hood River for some maternity photos, Oregon adventure-style.
Awww, I'm so excited to share these images from my latest family session with one of my favorite families! We caught some magical light in this field and had some great playtime. AND LOOK AT THOSE ADORABLE LITTLE COWGIRL BOOTS!! I was, of course, totally thrilled when Ashley told me her wardrobe plans for this session. All the little white dresses and denim and cowgirl boots were just too cute!!
Aww, I love this family and I'm so excited that this will be their last session before they become a family of FOUR! We headed out to Cannon Beach for a family/maternity session last weekend to build sandcastles (and STOMP them, since that's the fun part when you're 1), collect seashells, and dig in the sand.
I met up with the W family a few weeks ago for a maternity session before their second little one comes along! We shot their family photos last fall, and I absolutely love that they've come back for another session as their family grows. Shooting with this family is always such a great experience, because they show their toddler so much love and calming energy! He even slowed down for a few shots :)
